No trash or marks will be on floor.

Toilet papers
With an option to choose from mini to jumbo tissue paper. Be guaranteed to be services with a tissue paper dispenser packed with a tissue paper that is 100% virgin.
Surface sanitizers
Provide peace of mind for those who are concerned about the cleanliness of washroom surfaces by allowing them to take matters into their own hands. The sanitizer units are simple to use, simply take a piece of toilet tissue and place it underneath the unit, causing a fine spray to emerge. The customer can then wipe the surface, cleansing it to their satisfaction.
Provide a sanitizer specifically for use on the toilet seat and also one which is ideal for the cleansing of other surfaces, particularly baby change units. They are simple and effective, a small extra touch to show that you care. They are serviced and refilled bi-monthly as standard, and are available in either white or chrome effect.
Air fresheners
Make the air in your work environment as fresh as possible, and provide a range of fragrances, from specifically feminine & masculine to a milder child friendly scent. There is the option of a 5 scent rotation, to help prevent fragrance fatigue, and keep your environment smelling as great on day 56 as it did on day 1.
Additionally, there is the o-zone based air cleaner. This eliminates odours and neutralises airborne bacteria and viruses, giving you the peace of mind that the air is as clean and fresh as possible.
The air freshener units are serviced either every 28 or 56 days, according to factors such as the size of your environment and your personal time settings.
Provide all refills and recycle any used components, such as used batteries for you. So all you have to worry about is how great your workspace smells.
Sanitising system
The sanitising system is a 4 in 1 solution to take care of your urinals. It dispenses a liquid which cleanses and deodorises your urinal every time you flush and at other times according to your settings. It also prevents stains, eliminates bacteria and fungi that can cause unpleasant odours and stops salt and limescale building up. The system is flexible and can be used on different set ups, with solutions available for both mains and septic tank systems.
The system runs on batteries, which we recycle for you, and can be serviced either every 28 or 56 days according to your needs.
Soaps and cleansing
Our dispensers are push operated and non-drip. We offer several varieties of soap for the hands. You can choose from standard or anti-bacterial, liquid or foam. For those spaces without running water, there is the option of a quick dry hand sanitiser gel, to help you keep your hands clean in all environments.
We can also provide a specific hair and body soap dispenser, ideal for use in leisure and changing room environments.
Dispensers are serviced every 4 weeks as part of the initial rental agreement price, and are available in white or chrome effect.
Cleaning of Sanitary disposal bins
All sanitary disposal bins will be empty except for a new “liner”.
All sanitary disposal bins will be free of spots, stains, and finger marks.
All sanitary disposal bins will be free of odors.
Cleaning of Toilet Room Fixtures
All porcelain surfaces of washbasins, toilets, and urinals will be free of dust, dirt, spots, and stains.
The wall surfaces will be free of spots and smears.
All toilet seats will be left in raised position after cleaning. They will be free of spots and stains, and the seat hinges will be free of mold.
The plumbing fixtures will be free of mold and water stains.
Cleaning of Supply Dispensers, Tile Walls, Stall Partitions, Doors, Shelves, Mirrors and Floors
All supply dispensers will be clean and free of finger marks and water spots.
All shelves and shelf brackets will be free of gum, dust, fingerprints, water stains, smudges and other soil.
All mirrors should be free of streaks, smudges, water spots, dust; lipstick smudges, and should not be cloudy.
Walls, stall partitions, and doors will be free of hand marks, dust, pencil marks, lipstick smudges, water streaks, mop marks, and mold.
Floors (especially in corners) will be free of dirt and dust, gum, grease, black marks, loose paper, water, mop stains, and strings. Particular attention should be given to area under urinal.
