Lets’ take a look at the signs to look for in bedbug infestation;
BED BUG BITES
Make sure to check yourself as well for signs of bed bug bites. These bite marks can be little bumps or more splotchy welts, sometimes in lines or zigzag patterns. They are often itchy and although they don’t spread disease, they can lead to bleeding or infection.
BLACK SPOTS
These little black spots are sometimes smeared making them look almost like pencil marks. They are actually bed bug droppings which is pretty gross. Make sure to check your mattress, sheets, bed frame, and box spring for these marks.
BLOOD STAINS
If a Bed Bug has recently fed and is somehow crushed by you on the way back to their hiding place, they will leave a red blood stain on your sheets, pillowcases, pajamas, or mattress. These blood smears may be easy to miss or mistake for something else, so remember to look closely.
