Prior to hiring any of our staff, we do a thorough background check including keeping custody of documents such as current passport photo, copies of ID, good conduct from CID, reference letters including one from his/her area chief, religious leader and former employers.

Once contracted, our team adopts a checklist for reporting that shall ensure the TOR is met on a timely basis. The supervisor shall adopt the checklist which shall be submitted on a weekly basis to your management for counter signing. Daily reporting register will be taken by the team supervisor.
